Gratuity Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gratuity (the “Application”), developed by Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Free Application

Gratuity is provided free of charge. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertisements.

Calculations Disclaimer

Gratuity’s tip and split amounts are estimates provided for your convenience only. Always confirm your bill, tip, and total before paying. Serious Business Software LLC is not responsible for any discrepancies, rounding differences, or payment errors arising from your use of the Application.

No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Business Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
