Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”) operates seriousbusiness.dev (the “Site”).

What We Collect

When you submit a contact or support form on the Site, we collect your name, email address, and message.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or advertising trackers on the Site. We use Abner, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Store It

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s KV storage infrastructure. Cloudflare, Inc. processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Messages you send through the contact and support forms are also delivered to HeardKit, the support desk we use to read and reply to them.

How Long We Keep It

We retain form submissions for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your submission by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
