These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of seriousbusiness.dev (the “Site”), operated by Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”).

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, and the Serious Business goose — is owned by Serious Business Software LLC. You may not reproduce it without permission.

No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

Our Apps

Each of our mobile and desktop applications is subject to its own terms of service and end user license agreement, provided with that application. Mac applications purchased directly from us are licensed to you for your own use and include updates at no additional cost.

Refunds

Mac applications purchased directly from us come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If an application is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Applications obtained from the App Store or Google Play are refunded under those stores’ own policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Serious Business Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for any disputes arising under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
