RingMix Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RingMix (the “Application”), developed by Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchase and Subscription

The Application is free to install. You may export up to 3 ringtones at no cost to try the full workflow. A RingMix Pro subscription unlocks unlimited exports, iCloud project sync across your devices, and all future Pro features.

Available plans:

  • Annual — $9.99/year, includes a 7-day free trial
  • Weekly — $2.99/week
  • Lifetime — $24.99 one-time purchase

Pricing may vary by region. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

RingMix is designed for use with music you own or have the right to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to any audio you process or export with the Application. Serious Business Software LLC is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from your use of the Application.

The Application does not support importing DRM-protected audio (such as streaming-only Apple Music tracks) by design.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store refund policy. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Business Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
