Headache Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Headache (the “Application”), developed by Serious Business Software LLC (“Serious Business,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

In-App Purchase and Trial

The Application is free to install. Logging attacks, viewing the Calendar, and adjusting Settings are free forever. The Insights tab and PDF export are gated by a single one-time in-app purchase of $0.99 USD (local pricing may vary).

A usage-based trial gives you the first 30 days of Insights access and the first 3 PDF exports at no cost. After either threshold is reached, the in-app purchase is required to continue using those specific features. The purchase unlocks both Insights and PDF export permanently for the Apple ID that made the purchase.

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store refund policy. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

The pattern analysis displayed in the Insights tab is generated by an on-device model for informational purposes only and is not a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment, including any decisions about medications, supplements, lifestyle changes, or when to seek emergency care.

No Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Business Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
